  • Subscribe to the newsletter via integrated sign-up forms that sync with our Mailchimp account;

  • Communicate with us by email or other channels.

Our website is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace may use minimal functionality cookies required for service operation and analytics tracking for site performance only. We do not currently use additional analytics tools outside of what Squarespace provides.

We use your personal information to:

We will delete your personal information on request, unless we are required or permitted by law to retain it.

We may share personal information with:

  • Our service providers that help deliver our services (e.g., Mailchimp, payment processors linked via Squarespace like Stripe and/or PayPal);

  • Regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.

We do not sell or trade your personal information.

Because our website is hosted on Squarespace, personal information collected through the Site may be stored and processed outside Australia.

  • Squarespace hosting: Squarespace states it stores customer data in Tier III data centers across the United States, and serves images and static assets via geographically distributed content delivery networks (CDNs).

  • Newsletter platform: We use Mailchimp for our newsletter. Mailchimp states its owned and operated servers are located in the United States, and data may also be processed by vendors in other international locations.

  • Payments: Payments on Squarespace commonly use integrated processors such as Stripe. Stripe’s data processing terms describe cross-border transfers and note personal data may be transferred to the United States and other jurisdictions as needed to provide services.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Payment processors used through our websites are PCI compliant and use encryption to secure data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.

  • Access and correction: If you believe personal information we hold is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading, you can ask us to correct it.

  • Deletion: We will delete your personal information on request, unless we are required or permitted by law to retain it (for example, for financial record-keeping, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes).

  • How to request: To make an access, correction, or deletion request, contact us at [insert privacy contact email]. We may need to verify your identity before actioning your request.

We may update this policy from time to time. The most current version will be posted on the Site.
