Our Mission
ALTO was founded in Melbourne in 2013 to promote, support and connect young Australian-Italians.
We exist to promote unity and good fellowship among the members of the Association and the greater Australian-Italian community. We arrange and organise networking and entrepreneurial events amongst the Australian-Italian community of professionals and entrepreneurs with a focus on those who are between 18 – 40 years of age but not limited to that age group.
ADRIAN D’APRANO
Adrian currently serves as the President of ALTO. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Monash University and a Master of Professional Accounting from Swinburne University.
During his tertiary studies, Adrian was an active member of various Italian social clubs and co-founded VITA.
Adrian's current role is a Head of Finance Partnering at Team Global Express.

LinDA Zinni
Linda is the Director of Operations at Boss Private Clients and has been part of the team since its founding in 2007.
She oversees the administration and management of the office and ensures the office is running productively, efficiently and happily.
Linda completed a degree in Human Resource Management in 2003 at Victoria University.
In 2019 she completed her certificate 3 & 4 in fitness at the Australian Institute of Fitness.

MARCO TIMPIERO
Marco began his journey in finance and accounting in 2018 and now works in the Business Tax Advisory team at Accru Melbourne.
Marco moved to Australia in 2014 and has a strong network and connection with the Italian community.
He joined the ALTO Committee as Treasurer to continue supporting and uniting the young Australian-Italian professionals and leaders of tomorrow.

COREY VRACA
Corey has been part of the ALTO Committee since 2018 and has been an active member since it early inception.
Professionally, Corey is an Associate Director at Colliers specialising in the Industrial and Logistics asset class.
Corey is a licensed Estate Agent and has completed a Bachelor of Business Management at Victoria University.

Leticia is an in-house corporate lawyer at a global technology company and in 2025 was awarded Italian Businesswoman of the Year by the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Leticia is passionate about her Italian culture and shares Italian travel, food and language tips through her social media @theitalianedit.
Leticia was admitted to practice in 2016.
Lara recently completed a Bachelor of Laws and Arts (Honours) at Monash University, majoring in Italia.
She tutors secondary students in Italian and English, and remains passionate about Italian culture..
Her previous involvement in the Italo-Australian community includes an internship at the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, serving as President on the Monash University Italian Committee and receiving the 2021 Colin McCormick Memorial Scholarship for academic excellence in Italian.

Laura pavia
Laura Pavia is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team at FCW Lawyers.
Laura graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2023 and was admitted as an Australian Lawyer in 2024.
Laura regularly assists with her family business at the Reggio Calabria Club, where she helps manage a variety of events for the Italo-Australian and broader community.

oscar catena
Oscar runs a social media content and management agency, (Tunnel-Social Media Marketing) which he founded in 2024.
His agency works with clients across the real estate, hospitality, flooring, automotive and retail industries.
Oscar has been part of the ALTO community since 2025, and was inducted into the committee in 2026.
