The guest panel featured industry leaders from prominent Italian-Australian businesses, including Fabio Angele (Owner of Brunetti Classico), Tony Rapone (Marketing Manager at Bertocchi), and Mauro Montalto (Owner of Floridia Cheese) and hosted by our own ALTO committee member, Leticia Ficarra.
Attendees enjoyed an exquisite selection of Italian cuisine from Brunetti Classico, paired with Italian wines by Vino Bambino, while gaining insights into the successes of these iconic businesses.
